Welcome to Conchitta Villa website! This website has been set up to answer questions relating to all of the villas offered for rent on the urbanisation La Montanosa in the beautiful Hondon Valley in the Costa Blanca area of Spain. These luxury villas are located in the vine growing valley of Hondon de las Nieves, with the mountains of Serra de la Cava to the north and Serra de Crevillent in the south, situated in the district of Alicante, Costa Blanca, Spain.

The tranquil setting among a mixture of holiday homes; residential dwellings and retirement homes meets the highest standards of security and safety. Located south west of Alicante on the Costa Blanca, this area is well known for its superb beaches and excellent golf courses.

The villas range in size from two bedroomed to four bedroomed but all have their own private swimming pools in their own private gardens and various individual features.
